  • Feeling sad most of the day, nearly every day.
  • Lack of joy and interest in most things that you have enjoyed previously.
  • Lack of energy and constant tiredness.
  • Feeling worthless, hopeless, guilty, and occasionally not wanting to live.
  • Lack of concentration, even for simple routine task.
  • Eating and sleeping excessively, or lack of it.
  • Significant weight gain or weight loss without a diet plan or exercise.
  • Irritability or agitation.
